Okay so this is a play on words. The kind of "it's about time" when something finally happens you have been waiting a long time for, and, "it's about time" as in waiting for the right time for something to happen.
I have been trying to figure out how to help Erica. With school, her self care, etc. The other day after praying and asking for how to handle things in a diplomatic way and idea came. Take Erica to the store and buy hair and body wash products for her very own. Let her pick them out. Ok, simple. After we talked about the importance of taking care of oneself etc. It went over great. I started thinking later, why didn't I think of this before. And this is what the spirit taught me. The ideas come when the timing is right, when the person will be receptive. Oh. I see. So, I am not just being dim, this really was the right answer all along, but the timing had to be right too. I have thought about other times in my life when I have thought things over, prayed and got nothing, and then suddenly I knew what to do. I never connected timing to the event.
But this goes even deeper. I have been praying for several years about a lot of things. And coming up with a lot of negative reasons (about myself and others) that it is not happening. And now I see. It is really all about timing as well. Good to know.
