I just feel so so sad. The two Mayors, the witch and dopey, tweeted the Gov to mandate masks for S.L. They have been pumping bogus numbers into the system for weeks. They also wanted him to close the economy, again. He said no to both 3 days ago. But yesterday, he said sure, do what ever you think is best.  Then this letter put out by local clergy.  We recall that the greatest commandment is to love God, and the second is like unto it, to love one’s neighbor as oneself. One cannot claim to love one’s neighbor while deliberately putting them at risk. We pray for the end of this devastating pandemic. However, the reality is that our actions must accompany those prayers. Please join us in continuing to take action to prevent the further spread of the pandemic by wearing masks in public and maintaining physical distancing.

"One cannot claim to love one's neighbor while deliberately putting them at risk." To insinuate that one is being irresponsible, unloving, and yes un Christ-like because they don't wear a mask? I have no words. The media is lying. These demonic democratic Mayors are doing this to push mail in ballots for the November election and see exactly how stupidly we will blindly following their "mandates". They let the city be burned by rioters, the capital building be defaced by rioters and then criticized the police and told the protesters/antifa, "tell us if you see any police brutality." Are you kidding me? They want to shut down the economy, not because of a virus, but because the left wants to ruin the economy of the United States and these two warts want to help with that agenda in their own little dictative corner of the world. And yet we, the citizens of this city, who obey the law, who pay our taxes, who work to make Salt Lake a better place, are bad citizens because we don't wear a mask in public!? This puts me in tears. 
And yet, I know who the author is of all of this. I know the foul creature whose agenda this really is. And I will not allow him to turn my heart from my Lord, my church or my leaders. I will stand in holy places and BE NOT MOVED. 
PS I felt impressed to call my friend Chris Humpreys, she reminded me that first of all there are left members of the church. Which led me to remember, not all are awake, and these are just people. All of us are just people. And thought I still disagree, and wish that he had not put his name onto something that feels like manipulating propaganda. (Those are the words I have been searching for.) Even if you believe all the media says, and all the statistics, that is the wrong verbage to use. But, again, we are all just people trying to navigate a very difficult situation. And my testimony does not depend on this man. If the Prophet had put his name to it, then I would concede, but this man is not the Prophet, and so I feel at peace continuing to pursue my own approach this "plandemic" and will get on with my Sunday worship in peace.
